Rola Al Shwaikh is the CEO and Founder of AUC Partners, a Dubai-based independent transaction advisory and consulting firm. AUC Partners acts as a strategic bridge, enabling capital flows, cross-border transactions, and long-term partnerships between global institutions and the GCC region.

She is a highly experienced professional with over 8 years of experience raising institutional capital in international alternative investments across the Middle East. Her expertise covers a wide range of alternative investment sectors, including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, Infrastructure, and Private Debt. She has been instrumental in raising approximately $500 million USD through direct deals, private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds.

Ms. Al Shwaikh also serves as an Independent Investment Advisor to H.H. Sheikh Khaled Bin Ibrahim Bin Hamad AlQasimi, a member of the Ras Al Khaimah Ruling family. In this capacity, she is responsible for all of the Sheikh's investments, including investment portfolios, financial markets, and related projects. She holds a Master of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland.
