• Respect: Treat all individuals with courtesy, consideration, and respect, fostering an atmosphere free from harassment, discrimination, or any form of intimidation. 

• Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanour throughout the event, engaging in constructive dialogue and refraining from any conduct that could be perceived as disruptive or disrespectful. 

• Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of information shared during sessions and networking activities, adhering to the Chatham House Rule where applicable.

• Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data protection and privacy. 

 

Unacceptable Behaviour

The following behaviours are considered unacceptable and will not be tolerated: 

• Harassment or discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to that based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability. 

• Verbal or physical abuse, threats, or intimidation. 

• Disruptive behaviour during sessions or networking events. 

• Unauthorized recording or photography.

• Violation of intellectual property rights.

 

Reporting Concerns

If you experience or witness any behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to a member of the event staff or contact us at hello@coeusresearchgroup.com. 

All reports will be treated confidentially. 

Consequences of Unacceptable Behaviour

 

Individuals who violate this Code of Conduct may be subject to disciplinary action, which may include removal from the event and/or prohibition from future participation.
