DELEGATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your registration and attendance at the Event organized by COEUS RG Events Organising & Management FZCO ("Coeus," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for the Event, you ("you" or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Event Registration and Confirmation

Your registration is an offer to attend the Event. Coeus will confirm your registration in writing (including email). A binding agreement is formed only upon Coeus' written confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation within 7 days, contact Coeus.

3. Event Fees and Payment

The applicable fees for the Event ("Fees") are specified in your booking form. You must pay the Fees in full at least 48 hours before the Event starts. Failure to pay may result in denied access to the Event.

Discounts, if applicable, are applied at registration and cannot be combined. Coeus reserves the right to adjust Fees for group registrations if the actual number of attendees differs from the booking form.

Event prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect confirmed registrations.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to the Fees.

4. Registration Transfer and Cancellation

Registration Transfer Policy: A registered delegate may transfer their registration to another person provided that a written request for transfer is submitted to Coeus at hello@coeusresearchgroup.com at least 7 business days prior to the Event start date. The request must include the full name and contact details of the new delegate. An administrative fee of AED 150 will be charged for each transfer. Transfers are subject to Coeus' approval and cannot be processed after the stated deadline.

Badge Replacement Policy: In the event of a lost or damaged delegate badge, a replacement badge can be issued at the registration desk for a fee of AED 100. Proof of original registration and identity may be required.

The Event program may be subject to change. Coeus is not liable for program changes or cancellations.

You agree to comply with the published registration cancellation policy. Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable.

5. Event Changes and Cancellation by Coeus

Coeus may change the Event format, content, speakers, venue, or any other aspect of the Event at its discretion without liability.

Coeus may reschedule or cancel the Event. If the Event is rescheduled, your registration will be transferred to the new date. In the event of a reschedule, your Fees will be applied to the new date, and no refunds will be issued.

If the Event is cancelled due to a Force Majeure Event (as defined below), Coeus may reschedule or offer an alternative format. Your Fees will be applied to the rescheduled or alternative Event. If Coeus cancels the Event and does not reschedule it, your Fees will be converted into a credit for a future Coeus event, valid for 12 months from the original Event date. No refunds will be issued.

"Force Majeure Event" means any event beyond Coeus' reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, war, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, health emergencies, travel restrictions, and similar events.

Coeus is not liable for any loss due to Event changes or cancellations.

6. Online Event Platform

If the Event is held virtually, you are responsible for meeting the technical requirements to access the Event Platform.

Coeus does not guarantee the continuous or error-free operation of the Event Platform.

You must not interfere with the Event Platform's operation.

You agree to comply with any terms of use for the Event Platform.

Coeus is not responsible for content, goods, or services on the Event Platform.

If provided, your username and password for the Event Platform are confidential and for your personal use only.

Any materials you upload to the Event Platform are considered non-confidential. Coeus may use, copy, and distribute such materials.

You must not post any illegal or infringing content on the Event Platform.

You may only use the Event Platform for attending the Event and must not use it for commercial gain, infringe on intellectual property rights, or transmit harmful content.

Coeus is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of interactive services on the Event Platform.

7. Code of Conduct

You must comply with all reasonable instructions from Coeus or venue staff. Coeus may refuse access or remove anyone who violates these Terms or disrupts the Event.

8. Photography and Recording

Unauthorized photography and recording at the Event are prohibited. You consent to Coeus recording the Event, which may include your participation, and using such recordings for promotional purposes. Coeus owns all rights to such recordings.

9. Data Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may share your information with third parties for promotional purposes and as required by law.

10. Liability

Coeus is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property at the Event. Coeus' liability is limited to the amount of the Fees paid.

11. General Provisions

Coeus is not liable for any delay or non-performance due to a Force Majeure Event.

Coeus may amend these Terms at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai and the UAE. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

12. Disclaimer for Activities

You are responsible for determining your ability to participate in any Event activities. Coeus is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your participation in Event activities.
