DELEGATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your registration and attendance at events organized by Coeus RG Events Organising & Management FZCO, trading as the Middle East Investor Network ("The Organiser," "we," "us," or "our"). This includes, but is not limited to, the ALTInvest, Saudi Alts Exchange, and FutureFunds series.

2. Event Fees and Service Delivery

• Immediate Service: Upon registration and payment of Fees, the Delegate is granted immediate access to pre-event networking materials, attendee portals, or research insights (the "Digital Services").

• Payment: Full payment is required at least 48 hours before the Event. Failure to pay grants the Organiser the right to deny entry.

• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a payment dispute, the Delegate agrees to contact hello@me-in.com to reach an amicable resolution before initiating a bank chargeback.

3. Transfer & Credit Policy

• Substitution: You may transfer your badge to a colleague at least 7 business days prior to the Event for an administrative fee of AED 150.

• Credit Note: If a Delegate cannot attend and cannot provide a substitute, the Fees paid will be converted into a Credit Note valid for twelve (12) months toward any future Middle East Investor Network event. All Fees are non-refundable.

4. Event Changes and Force Majeure

• Postponement: If an event is rescheduled, your registration and Fees will automatically transfer to the new date. You have seven (7) calendar days from the announcement to object in writing; otherwise, the new date is deemed accepted.

• Force Majeure: If an event is cancelled due to an act of God, pandemic, or government restriction (specifically in the UAE or KSA), a Credit Note will be issued. No cash refunds will be provided.

5. Code of Conduct & Cultural Compliance (UAE & KSA)

Attendance at ALTInvest, Saudi Alts Exchange, or FutureFunds is subject to strict adherence to local norms:

• Decency Standards: Delegates must adhere to the Public Decency Laws of the UAE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This includes conservative professional business attire and respectful social conduct.

• Expulsion: Any behaviour, speech, or attire deemed offensive or provocative is grounds for immediate expulsion without a refund.

• Anti-Suitcasing: Unauthorized solicitation or distribution of materials by non-sponsors is strictly prohibited.

6. Photography and IP

By attending, you consent to being filmed/photographed for the Middle East Investor Network's global promotional purposes. Unauthorized professional recording by delegates is prohibited.

7. Liability & Jurisdiction

• Cap on Liability: Our total liability is limited to the Fees paid by the Delegate.

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. For events in Saudi Arabia, delegates must also comply with the regulations of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA).

• Disputes: All disputes shall be settled via the DIFC Small Claims Tribunal (for claims < AED 500k).
