Rachid Ettaai

Rachid Ettaai is the Business Development Manager (and sometimes cited as Assistant Director of Strategic Planning and Operations) at The General Council for Islamic Banks and Financial Institutions (CIBAFI), the global umbrella organization for the Islamic financial services industry. CIBAFI is affiliated with the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and aims to promote the role and growth of Islamic finance worldwide.

Mr. Ettaai is a key figure in CIBAFI's research and outreach efforts, frequently presenting the findings of major industry reports, such as the Global Islamic Bankers’ Survey (GIBS).
